04.07.2024@3:13pm Sunday Walk-in table for 3 and got seated with no wait time. My server was Abby. Friendly and came by a few round to check on us. We came for the ayce and we all ordered only one round and were full already. When you crave for seafood this is the best spot as the quality is good and pretty fresh even tho we all know is frozen seafoo My favorite spot for boiler seafood.
The dungeness crabs and snow crabs were absolutely delicious. So fresh, so meaty. I highly recommend the garlic and butter. It's an oily experience for your hands but it's all good cause it goes great with the crab and clams, especially with the pieces of garlic! Our server was Michaela. She was very nice, super sweet. Boss if you're seeing this, just wanna let you know she's amazing. Shout out to Michaela. This was our first time at Hook & Reel and we're definitely coming back :)

I came here for the first time for the AYCE, and I had a great experience! I love that this seafood joint offers non-seafood items as part of the AYCE, with a lot of great selections. I am not a big seafood person, but everyone else in the group was. I was prepared to just eat fries all day, but they had wings, mozzarella sticks, gyozas, and even full entrees. I didn't have a chance to take many pictures since we were really enjoying the ambiance. The service was also great, definitely recommend anyone to come here!
Service was AMAZING!! My server was Brad. He was so pleasant and sweet; Very accommodating. I had hush puppies and fried shrimp. I did enjoy my food although I felt that the shrimp lacked flavor a bit. But overall a great experience. YES I will be back!
I think this is one of the few locations that does all you can eat. We called a few other places that told us they don't offer that. My whole family came here for the all you can eat and we had such a great time and enjoyed everything. It's great that it's not just seafood in the AYCE, there are also appetizers such as wings, dumplings, mozzerella sticks, and sides and even steak! So non seafood eaters won't be left out. We were very surprised and glad to see steak as one of the options for AYCE because we did have non seafood eaters in our party. I ordered my seafood with the hook&reel sauce in medium spice on my 2 visits. Loved every bit of it. Service was also great both times. It's just a nice place to come with family and friends
The service is simply amazing, quick, friendly, and heartwarming. When making a reservation, it was incredibly simple, quick and easy; the hostess was extremely friendly and made the reservation with ease. Now onto our dinner. Our server, Emily, was so sweet, kind, and demonstrated what perfect service looks like. For example, when I asked to replace my Diet Pepsi, she brought it over in less than a minute. When she saw that my hands were in the plastic gloves I used to dig into my seafood pile and was oily, she offered to open the new straw for me, leaving the tip covered still as to ensure it doesn't get dirtied. I've seen so many waiters and waitresses simply throw down a bunch of straws onto the table that this simple, yet considerate gesture made our experience so much more enjoyable and heartfelt. I want to thank you Emily, for being so sweet to my family and I! (: Now onto the food. The portions were huge and adjustable based on your preference (I.e., you can order half a pound of crab legs or five pounds), and each comes with whatever sauce or seasoning you prefer. The food started off a bit on the slower end, even for the appetizers and soups, but then the speed hastened perhaps due to it being a bit less busy. We didn't mind it and we enjoyed our appetizers and entrees, with the obvious winner being the Dungeness crab legs and snow crab legs! Our spicy garlic butter tasted the same as the garlic butter, so if you want it even spicier get the spiciest option. They also didn't have the fried lobster tail, which was a bummer, but everything else was pretty good! Overall, it was a good AYCE option with its quality and pricing matching fairly well. If you go to other pay-per-pound seafood restaurants, it'll probably taste a bit more flavorful but definitely cost more. I believe the sauce could be adjusted to make it even tastier but that's just my personal preference! Thank you to the staff and friendly bartender/owner for making us laugh, for being so kind to us, and for wishing my wife a happy birthday. Will definitely be back!
